To be eligible for Panther Specials, the fencer must meet the following criteria:
1. Regular practice to Panther Specials sessions.
2. *Competition in at least 2 or more meets per month beginning October 2011.
3. Must maintain academic eligibility with a miminum of "C" or higher in all coursework.
4. Required to have full competition gear for tournaments including required Electric fencing equipment as per USFA rules of 2 bodycords, 2 competiton weapons, and Electric Lame (Foil, Sabre). If you fence more than one discipline, you must have the Electric equipment for each discipline.
5. Participation in a USFA Regional Event (Youth, Super Youth or Open), USFA NAC (any event and level) and Division Junior Olympic Qualifers in the Philadelphia Division.
*May be in any division.
