Club History

WSPFC was born as a summer activity and after-school club at Strath Haven Middle School in 1998 for students from the Wallingford Swarthmore School District. Soon they were joined by their parents, other community members, and children from other schools.  Under Coach Pixie Roane's guidance, WSPFC grew  and experienced continuing success.

By the summer of 2011, WSPFC had outgrown its middle school roots.  Coach Pixie moved the club out of the middle school and is now hosted by Congregation Ohev Shalom in Wallingford, PA. With this increased space came the ability to ability to have greater numbers of students, and host tournaments.
